We are looking for a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer with deep expertise in CI/CD, automation and platform engineering, with a strong interest in applying AI-assisted automation to improve development productivity, reliability and speed of delivery.

Designing, building and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline platform with a strong focus on abstraction and self-service capabilities for development teams
Introducing AI-assisted tooling such as LLMs to reduce manual efforts, as well as analyse and optimize existing workflows
Enhancing developer experience to increase productivity for multiple international, cross-located teams
Strategically selecting and utilizing state of the art technologies
Integrating security and compliance related processes (DevSecOps)
Sharing best practices with other engineers to raise the overall DevOps maturity of the organization
Gaining comprehensive insights across diverse disciplines ranging from embedded and office software to IT operations
This is you
Significant software development experience favourably in Python, Kotlin, C# or C++
Extensive knowledge of CI/CD Systems preferably in TeamCity or GitHub Actions
Practical expertise using AI tools and the ability to identify and enhance real, high-value use cases
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Packer) and containerized environments (Docker)
An entrepreneurial, improvement and result driven mindset with a strong commitment towards ownership
Motivation and drive to shape, complemented by a competent, fact-based representation of concepts and ideas
Basic understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
