Implement new user-facing features in products that have a huge amount of PV every day2. Write client-side code to create super-fast, easy-to-use, web-based applications which include websites for both desktop and mobile browsers, and hybrid in-app pages3. Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale4. Build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, speed up development efficiency and improve code quality5. Contribute creativity and insight to solve both technical and business challenges6. Research and promote new technologies and best practices within the team Qualifications1. 8+ years experience developing production software2. Advanced hands on knowledge of TypeScript + React3. Experience with modern web technologies such as Webpack, Next.js, Redux, styled components, or similar4. Proven track record of delivering well-tested, high-quality, maintainable projects.5. Great cross-team communication skills6. Self-managed, proactive work style. Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment7. Blockchain-related industry experience as a plus8. Basic or Fluent English level
